MOSAiC project board meeting

The MOSAiC coordination and project board came up with the idea of having a project board meeting to discuss logistical and scientific issues during the expedition.

To have the meeting as efficient as possible we will focus on the scientific work, organizing the measurements on board Polarstern and logistical aspects with only a small group of people. That means that modeling, media and data play only a minor role.
